UCalgary Law Class of 2025 Graduation Banquet

When: Saturday, April 20, 2025 at 4:30 PM

Where: Fairmont Banff Springs

Ticket Information (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

This round is open only to graduating students who have already purchased a ticket in Round 1. Round 2 will be open from February 19 to March 5, 2025.

In Round 2, students will be limited to 2 guest tickets each.

Please note - there are enough tickets for everyone to buy at least 2 guest tickets. You can be confident that if you want to bring your two parents, there will be room for 2!

Additional guest tickets will be sold in round three.

If you don’t plan on bringing a guest, you may allocate your guest ticket to another student. You will be asked to identify the the name of the graduating student, the name of the guest, and who they are a guest of.

FOR EXAMPLE:

Josh is coming to the Grad Banquet and is bringing only Mercer as a guest. He is going to give one guest ticket to Joel. Joel is bringing Sam.

The correct way to fill the form out is:

Graduate Name: Josh

Guest 1 Name: Mercer

Guest of: Josh

Guest 2 Name: Sam

Guest of: Joel

The 2025 Grad Banquet is open only to SLS members who have paid their membership fees and their guests.

*If you purchase more than 2 tickets, your order will be refunded less the cost of the transaction fee

**If you purchase a Grad ticket as a non-SLS member, your order will be refunded less the cost of the transaction fee

Included with your ticket:

• One drink ticket

• Dinner (Meal options listed below)

• Keynote Speaker (TBD), speeches, and toasts.

• DJ and Photo Booth after dinner

Food Menu Options

1. Braised Beef Short Rib - Crushed sweet potato, crispy Brussels sprouts, pickled shimeji, chimichurri. (Beef option)

2. Pan Rosted Chicken Breast - Soft polenta, charred broccolini, mushrooms, gremolata. (Chicken option)

3. Gluten-Free Gnocchi - Sauteed wild mushrooms, garden peas, squash, vegan feta herb pistou. (Gluten free/Vegetarian Option)

NOTE: if your guest have dietary restrictions that are not accommodated in the above choices, please list that in the form before checkout.
